The Cougars are coming off a very successful meet on Friday at Hopkins Baumann Rovn Invitational.  There was plenty of competition for all of our runners.  You can view the results here.

This week we’ll have pictures on monday – bring warmups.

Thursday pasta dinner is a the Knacks.

And Friday’s race is at Aronson park for the LNHS Applejack Invitational – plenty of great competition.

The Cougars had some excellent performances in Eagan on Friday, the 3rd!  JV boys were second, JV girls were third, varsity boys were third and the varsity girls finished in first place!  Check the results page for all of the info!
