The Pan-o-Prog race is part of a series of races being held this summer in the southern suburbs. You can find some more information here. Don’t run too many races this summer, though. We want you fresh for the start of the CC season.
If you’re looking for a great way to meet new people and get better at running this summer you may be interested in the running camp that is hosted at Luther College.
One of LSHS graduates, and current Luther superstar, Kayla Uphoff, will be a counselor so you know its the real deal.

The LSHS girls CC team had an excellent day last Saturday at the state meet. Their third place team finish was the best in the history of LSHS. You can find full results here!
